Senior Graphic Designer
KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Bremont is seeking a highly talented, motivated, and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join its dynamic brand marketing team. This role offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to shape and enhance Bremont's brand image through inspiring and captivating visual designs. As a member of our inhouse creative team, you'll play a key part in our ambition to produce industry-leading creative work.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To own the delivery of brand design and the creation of connected visual stories and narratives across all platforms.
Telling our stories in a connected way; developing and presenting mood boards through to art-direction and the delivery of connected imagery and graphical applications across channels, including, but not limited to, website pages, social assets, editorial features, event designs, brochures, print advertising, window displays and in-store graphics.
Delivering high-impact, creative designs across outputs including:
Campaign art-direction development
Print & OOH advertising
Point of sale and in-store collateral
Brochures
Product packaging
Event design
Presentations & Pitch Decks o Invitations
Merchandise
Brand stationary
Campaign and creative development
Seeing projects through from concept to final asset delivery
Evolving and ensuring the use of brand guidelines and standards across the business.
Working with the Digital Designer to deliver Website & Email asset creation where required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Creative flair; the ability to express their vision and ideas through visual means, being able to tell a story through the use of images and graphical presentations
An exceptional eye for detail; able to maintain high standards of design no matter what the level of project
Proven experience in artwork set-up, delivering high-quality, millimetre perfect designs for print and digital requirements Senior Graphic Designer JD and sign off form
Organised; required to manage several briefs at once in a fast-paced environment, communicating on progress throughout
Team player; actively contributes with a positive, proactive attitude. Engaging deeply with the creative team, mentoring peers, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing design culture.
Strong understanding of colour and materials; ability to critically assess physical reproductions of colour and print materials to ensure brand standards and premium benchmarks are met, often providing feedback and direction to external suppliers
Adobe expert – someone who is exceptionally knowledgeable about the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Keynote)
Design experience in luxury/premium space
Design-related qualification with at least 5 years’ experience working in-house or agency side
Illustration & Animation skills – desirable but not essential

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
9am – 5:30pm
Monday – Friday
4 days on-site, working from home 1 day per week
Working with a creative team of 3, within the wider Marketing team
Probation process 4 months standard
Notice period – 2 months up to 2 years’ service increasing to 3 from 2 years+
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Portfolios required alongside the initial application.
Stage 1
Interview with hiring manager and HR via Teams.
Stage 2
Interview with hiring manager and senior manager onsite.
Presentation of a design project set.
