Head of Digital
KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Head of Digital is responsible for planning and managing our global digital platform, overseeing performance marketing, ecommerce, UX and CRM, reporting to the CMO and working with them to develop a digital strategy as well as a digital roadmap, budget and execution across all self-owned and operated online channels, driving growth and maximising revenue for Bremont.
The primary purpose of the Head of Digital role is to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that drives online sales, enhances brand visibility, and optimises customer engagement, by bringing a digital opinion, perspective and a native digital culture to brand expression and commerce.
As a people leader, the role builds and develops a high-performing digital team while strengthening agency and technology partnerships. With a balance of analytical rigour and creative vision, this role champions innovation, elevates digital experiences, and ensures scalable, sustainable growth through a customer-first, data-driven approach.
Additionally, the Head of Digital will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall business objectives and budget
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Strategy & Trading
Own and deliver the e-commerce strategy, aligned with wider business and growth objectives.
Lead trading performance across revenue, conversion, AOV and customer retention.
Manage seasonal and promotional trading calendars, product launches and key commercial moments.
Customer Experience & Website Optimisation
Oversee the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless and premium online experience.
Drive continuous optimisation of site performance, UX and CRO through testing and insight.
Partner with internal teams and external agencies on platform development and enhancements.
Digital Marketing & Acquisition
Lead and drive the CRM team to support customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle strategies.
Drive external agency partnerships to deliver against set KPI and ROI against commerce targets
Ensure e-commerce priorities are aligned with paid media, CRM, content and brand activity.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor and develop the digital team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
Set clear goals, KPIs and development plans for direct reports.
Data, Analytics & Forecasting
Own e-commerce reporting, forecasting and performance analysis.
Use data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and improve commercial outcomes.
Operations & Fulfilment Collaboration
Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth fulfilment, delivery and post-purchase experience.
Support international growth and new market expansion where relevant.
Budget Management
Own the annual digital budget, phasing and planning to deliver against annual KPI and maximise ROI
Manage agency budgets and relationships
Other Tasks:
Innovation and Trends: Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Introduce innovative tools and strategies to keep Bremont at the forefront of digital marketing.
Vendor Management: Acquire and manage partnerships with third parties such as digital agencies and software vendors to optimise and enhance channels.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Proven experience in a senior e-commerce leadership role within a luxury brand preferable
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of scaling DTC performance.
Deep understanding of online trading, customer behaviour, UX and CRO.
Confident people leader with experience building and managing high-performing teams.
Data-driven, strategic and solutions-focused.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led or growth-stage environment.
Passionate about watches, brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working, with HQ office based in Henley-on-Thames
