Key Account Manager (Wholesale)
KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a results driven and relationship focused Key Account Manager to join our commercial team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most important wholesale partners, ensuring that Bremont’s brand values are upheld while achieving ambitious sales and growth targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and strategic alignment
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets across key wholesale accounts by implementing tailored growth strategies
- Partnership Development: Build long-term, trusted relationships with retail and distribution partners to maximise brand visibility and commercial success
- Forecasting & Reporting: Manage sales forecasts, stock replenishment, and reporting to support demand planning and business intelligence
- Brand Advocacy: Ensure retail staff are well-educated on Bremont’s heritage, product lines, and value propositions through training and ongoing support
- Market Insights: Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform account strategies and product recommendations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless execution of retail campaigns and product launches
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Proven experience in a Key Account Manager or similar role within the luxury goods, watchmaking, or premium fashion/accessories industries
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive business performance through relationship management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant business tools for analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape, ideally with experience working with independent and multi-brand retailers
- Ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and deliver accurate sales forecasts
- High level of professionalism and brand sensitivity
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, effective training sessions to teams at various levels, ensuring knowledge retention and performance improvement
- This position involves extensive domestic travel as a core responsibility, with regular visits to The Wing and the potential for infrequent international travel may be required.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- Based at HQ
- Probation process 4 months standard
- Notice period 2 months up increasing to 3 from 2yrs+
